Deep Cleaning
$175
This service is perfect for pianos either bought within the last 5 years as brand new or professionally cleaned within the past 5 years. This will clean the whole piano including the keytop, plate, soundboard, action, and case. This does not cover mold removal or removal of any animal related debris.


Extra Deep Cleaning
$250
If your piano is pre-owned or hasn't been professionally cleaned for over 5 years, this service is the ideal choice. This will clean the whole piano as described under "Deep Cleaning."


Verbal Condition Report
$125
The condition report can be provided at a regular tuning service. Please select this service if you desire to receive the condition report without a regular tuning service. This service can be utilized for buying and selling new/used pianos, obtaining an estimate for regulation/voicing services, etc. 


Written Condition Report
