Tuning
$250
Transparent Pricing: Our flat rate of $250 ensures there are no hidden costs.
Additional services may be available based on the needs. If the piano still requires additional service, we will discuss it with you and send you written estimates upon request after this appointment.
Voicing & Tuning
$375
Is your piano too bright or harsh? Voicing adjusts the hammers to achieve your ideal tone—even on brand-new instruments. Compressed or hardened hammers can strike strings too aggressively, causing premature wear. Voicing not only refines the sound but also helps extend string life. This service focuses on mellowing the tone (voicing down). For voicing up—which uses specialized chemicals to make the tone brighter and more powerful—an assessment and separate estimate are required.
Extra Deep Cleaning
$250
If your piano is pre-owned or hasn't been professionally cleaned for over 5 years, this service is the ideal choice. This will clean the whole piano including the keytop, plate, soundboard, action, and case. This does not cover mold removal or removal of any animal related debris.
Deep Cleaning
$175
This service is perfect for pianos either bought within the last 5 years as brand new or professionally cleaned within the past 5 years. This will clean the whole piano as described under "Extra Deep Cleaning." This does not cover mold removal or removal of any animal related debris.
Regulation
$375 (Newer or Well-Maintained) / $750 (Overdue)
Every piano needs periodic regulation—even newer ones. Use, temperature, and humidity can cause shifts that affect performance. Regulation restores balance, ensuring smooth action and extending your piano’s life. For newer or periodically regulated pianos, regulation is $375; for those overdue (3+ years), it’s $750.
Polyester Finish Repair
Starting at $440
We use only the highest quality materials, which have a short shelf life, to ensure optimal results. Contact us before booking.
Condition Report
$125 (Verbal) / $175 (Written)
The condition report is often used for buying or selling pianos, or deciding if a piano is worth moving, donating, or passing on to family. Flexible scheduling—such as early mornings, late afternoons, or between appointments—is available by call or text. Please note: expedited scheduling is only offered for this service and depends on the technician’s availability.
Other services
Concert/Studio recording prep, Repair, Humidity Control, Consultation for buying, selling or rebuilding pianos, Formal Appraisal for insurance, the IRS, etc.
